a little experiment that turned out kinda nice I think.
I was going for 2 things. you know those black papers that you can scratch on and the colors come out from underneath? and the second was a feeling of bewilderment, like something doesn’t add up. you know the feeling you get when they are dancing and you think ‘no way…, how…’ when you realize they really are larger than life.

I used different kinds of paint. the colors are acrylic on white. the black is gesso which is used to do backgrounds for structure paste. I love it as a background, but its not really that great for painting details hehe.
